All Daddy Caddies Golf products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners. We do not hold inventory or ship directly — every order is made on demand. Please read our Return and Refunds Policy for any questions related to these topics.

Processing Times
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipping. During peak periods, fulfillment may take longer.
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery estimates are:
- USA: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Europe: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
Please note: these are estimates provided by our production partners’ carrier network and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at daddycaddiesgolf@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our production partners to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you if the fault lies with fulfillment or shipping.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
If you provide an insufficient or incorrect address, or if a package is unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our production partners’ facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local authorities. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
